M with di/di twins 15 weeks,on my last scan the doctor didnt see baby nose and he was worried about some anomaly, how are the chances?

Definitely ask : We can not comment on this since we did not not view the ultrasound. This is a very good question to ask your doctor. Ask them to clarify their concerns and ask them to clarify the plan going forward. Will a follow up sonogram be done? What specific anomaly were they concerned about? Did they feel referral to a specialist was warranted?

Follow up. : Best to ask your Dr these questions. U/S images can vary depending upon the position of the baby and the ability of the operator to get the images needed. Further evaluation should include a repeat U/S, in addition to any further work up deemed necessary by your Dr .
