weird tingling in forehead, mostly at the hairline and a single muscular type pain in the right side of my neck into my shoulders.

Tension: Weird things happen with tension. Just the same for tight neck muscles. Exercises in my book, Stop Neck Pain and Headache Now would help. Relax with a mild sedative is also effective or they yoga.
