Talk to your doctor : Typically Paxil (paroxetine) is started at 10mg per day and can be titrated up to 40mg per day over a few weeks. If Zoloft is used, it is usually started at 50mg per day and can be titrated up to 150 or 200mg over a few weeks. Best wishes!

Paxil (paroxetine) the same day: paxil (paroxetine) is a notorius offender in this regard but here we're using this side effect for theraputic purposes and its stronger than zoloft . It can be taken @ any hour of the day to create this nightime effect
