Exposure? testing?: Were you engaged in any activity which could have caused an exposure? Unprotected sex with a possible carrier? This can be anal or oral as well. Have you shared needles using drugs? If any of these exposures is in your history, then you could go and get tested for HIV which is available in most public health clinics or community hospitals in a confidential way.
