How common is it to have lupus rheumatoid arthritis and hasimoto thyroiditis?

Dr. John Chiu answered

Uncertain: When more than one autoimmune disorder occurs in a person, it is often called mixed connective tissue disease. The combination however is not well defined but lupus is always included. In a Norwegian study, the prevalence was 3.8/100,000. http://ard.bmj.com/content/70/6/1047.short
