Low chance: Assuming you are still taking the birth control pills regularly, there is a very low chance of pregnancy. Adding the condoms protects you further and also prevents transmission of most STD's. Pulling out is not a very effective prevention method on its own, and your boyfriend was wearing a condom. If you have stopped taking the pill, add a contraceptive cream while he uses the condom.
