There is little chance of pregnancy, both because of cycle time (conception rarely results from sex during menstruation) and because of ejaculation in the condom. However, you should get on proper birth control. Condoms are mainly for STD prevention; couples who rely only on condoms for contraception have pretty high pregnancy rates.
