Sinus infection: If you have an infection then you need the correct antibiotic which should be prescribed by your doctor.

Call ob/gyn first: Agree that evaluation is needed. However, antibiotics are not generally indicated unless the physician feels the infection is more likely bacterial than viral. Viral is much more common. You might start by calling the ob/gyn to get recommendations for symptoms control (decongestant, antihistamine, etc). Good luck!
