When you are wearing a soft splint at night how long does it take for the tingling sensation s in your teeth to stop?

Depends: If you are wearing the splint to help with nocturnal clench/grinding of your teeth, and if the "tingling" is due to the bruxism, then soon. Usually a hard nightguard works better. Check with your dentist.
