See dentist asap: Hard to tell without a thorough history and exam. The tingling concerns me and i would not wait to have an evaluation. Did you have some type of injury?

Could be..: A number of different things including a tooth, nerve, or tumor. I would suggest seeing a dentist trained in orofacial pain for an evaluation.
