Unrelated: Heel pain is not a symptom of thyroid disease. When you say low TSH, do you mean in the range of 0.1-0.4 or less than 0.1? A slightly low TSH of 0.1 to 0.4 is usually a benign normal variation whereas a TSH of less than 0.1 could be a sign of an overactive thyroid which would require further testing and possibly treatment.
