Red blotches: Common causes: sun burn, weather conditions, alcohol, pupura, allergies, dermatographia, poor hygiene, petechiae, birth marks, hives. Etc. use aloe Vera, sun protection, change soap , anti allergy treatment. See your dermatologist.
