Went to er today for chest pains after running, was a panic attack. some liver counts where high though. ast=75 and alt=82. should i be worried?

You in condition?: If your doctor has cleared you for that type of physical exertion then, "NO" your LFT's being a bit elevated is of no consequence. Those numbers are always changing like blood pressure. They go up and down depending on a lot of things....I wouldn't worry about it. Have your panic attacks looked at though as those may be more debilitating than anything else for you right now.
