No: No the shape will change significantly. A newborn skull has sutures which stay open and allow the brain to grow within the skull. These will close over time and the skull will round out to a more adult look.

No: The human skull is made up of island like plates that push away from each other during growth at margins called suture lines. Early shape is influenced by type of delivery, sleeping position, gravity & other factors. As the brain grows, the head accommodates the change. About 90% of the adult head size is achieved by age 9 but the suture lines don't fully fuse until much later.
