Get a CT scan head: 5 weeks is too long. Needs further evaluation. Consult a neurologist & get a CT of the head.

Would certainly wonder about "tension" headaches, as the more likely explanation would be migraine. However, pain could be triggered from medications, recreational drugs, problems in neck, sinuses, jaw and teeth, and inflammatory problems. A neurologist could readily sort this out and break up pattern with one of the many preventatives we now have.
