Depends: If that is her daily routine, she may have trained her liver to quickly metabolize alcohol. But chances are that she will not pass this test.

Perhaps but...: That is a lot of alcohol in a short time. There is a good chance your friend will pass but drinking so much is a sign that your friend has an alcohol problem, especially when she knows she has to take a test in the morning. Alcoholism is a serious disease that is life-threatening so I hope she gets treatment. Friends like you (and her family) may need to help her recognize this and get treatment.
