A cold: Sounds like you have a cold but if you have trouble breathing from the throat swelling, you need to rush to the nearest emergency room or call an ambulance.

I have non-itchy red spots on arms and legs, a couple on belly and side of torso. No fever. Fatigue, slightly swollen neck gland, back and head ache.
