Tinea Verisicolor: It is very common to develop a harmless superficial fungus (yeast = Tinea) in the skin. The collar area is the most common. It tends to look different in different ethnicities - hence the name, "Veriscolor". It responds to anti-fungal medications that your family doctor (or dermatologist) would prescribe. A cheaper choice is to use Selsum Blue shampoo like a body wash. Seriously...Google it!
