See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, there may be more than one thing, you may be iron deficient which is often associated with high platelet count. You also may have inflammation indicated by high CRP. Please consult your doctor.
