Let us try: 1. Pop the pus out of each lesion and sqeese enough till all the pus is out and you see a little bit of blood. This sqeesing is essentisl to let the acne heel without a scar. 2. Wash your face twice daily with medicated soap and apply clindamycine 1% solution to each lesion 3. Take Cipro (ciprofloxacin) 500 mg, one tab twice a day for 3 weeks.
