Hidradenitis: If this is a recurrent problem you may have a condition called Hidradenitis. There are abnormalities with the subcutaneous oil glands that lead to frequent infections and subsequent scarring. You should ask your GYN/Dermatologist to be sure. Many times this can be treated with antibiotics, occasionally surgery is needed to remove abnormal skin.
