White hair?: It sounds as if you are speaking of a conditon called poliosis, which is a localized patch of white hair on the frontal scalp (forelock), but it can be anywhere on the body and usually occurs in otherwise health people. But it can be associated with an umber of conditions, some of which are genetic.
