To cut or not to cut: A fleshy tag around the anal opening present for 7 years without changing is nothing serious but can present a problem with "clean up" after a bowel movement. Such tags can be removed surgically but it's a pain in the butt! sorry for the pun. Your choice if, it bothers you enough get it off otherwise no problem.
