Panic: If u r referring to panic attacks, they usually last minutes. If panic disorder is not treated, it can be long-lasting.

Attacks 20-30": Panic attacks are episodes of intense fear, difficulty breathing, and feelings of suffocation. They last no more than 20-30 minutes, and may wake one from sleep or occur at any time, often triggered by colds, exertion, or anything that would normally cause a person to be moderately out of breath. Panic disorder, the tendency to have repeated panic attacks is chronic, but highly treatable.
