I have dp/dr and panic disorder. haven't had a full blown panic attack, but getting hot flashes about once a day that last a few hours. why is this?

DP/DR: Depersonalization/Derealization Disorder. You may not have panic disorder if you have never had an actual panic attack. However, the sense of having a hot flash can accompany anxiety & Panic. Perhaps the alprazolam & citalopram are helping to stem the severity of panic/ anxiety.
