Oxy IR & ER 5 yrs: Hello. Didn't understand the "to ba recently & with the hard de". You've been taking IR and ER forms for 5 years. You didn't mention your current dose. Boils down to half lives.( It's longer for ER version.) How your body metabolizes these meds is important. If your body metabolizes these medications slowly, then they are going to linger around much longer than stated half lives & show on tests
