No one size fits: All answer. As there are many patients with chronic pain and anxiety disorder who take both medications basically together without issue. There are others who may be very medication sensitive(the biggest concern with the combination of the two is sedation, confusion, respiratory distress) and taking the two within hours can create significant problems. Talk your your doctor who knows you best.
