I have pain from my knee all the way down, the shines what could it be?

Shin splints?: Inflammation of very thin tissue between bones of your lower leg. Ibuprofen and or tylenol (acetaminophen) helps but the root of the problem may well be your feet/ shoes you wear. Check with doc if not getting better or foot specialist.
