Fluffy white stuff?: Hard to imagine that soft fluffy white stuff causing such a problem, unless it was a high velocity snowball or a frozen ice-like chunk. Regardless of snow or no snow, such eye symptoms need an evaluation by an eye doctor, or at the ER if an ophthalmologist (MD eye doctor) is not available at the moment. There may be infection around the eye, which would be bad and need immediate antibiotics.
