Likely to help but..: No one can say for sure as studies on this have not been done, but the supplements you ask about (except b2) all help with methylation & reduce homocysteine. Theoretically this should increase longevity. B2 is an antioxidant that may also help. So no guarantees these will help you live longer, but chances are good they will, and they are unlikely to do any harm.
