While sitting my toes turn purple, when i extend my legs while sitting, stand or lie in a horizontal position they return to a normal pink color. ?

Venous return: This is most likely due to the vein blood collecting in your toes. Gravity pushes the blood toward the floor, when you raise your legs and straighten your knee it is easier for the blood to get back to the center of your body without going "uphill" so steeply and around the bend of your knee. You may want to have your circulation tested by the podiatrist or MD

Sitting and : Standing should really cause the same color as its the dependency that causes venous congestion and the blue color. By elevating the extremity you help the blood flow back to the heart so the pink color returns....
