Have evaluation now: If it is just a foot this may indicate a significant circulatory issue. Have the foot evaluated.

Had a spinal fusion of L5 S1 in 2007. Starting to experience same symptoms as before op. Lower back pain spreading down my left buttocks and leg. Leg feeling weak and foot going numb/tingling when I sit for long periods, like in traffic.
Whenever I sit down, my left foot turns a purplish blue. All the time. My right foot does it to, but not as bad. Once my whole foot and ankle was almost black. It doesnt stop until I stand and shake it for 10 mins or more. What could this be?
