Depends : It depends on many factors: how big is the tumor, is it producing hormones or is it nonfunctional, is your wife lack of menstrual cycle a result of the tumor or is there another reason...all of those need to be taken into account to adequately answer your question.

Treat first: You are probably referring to a Pituitary microadenoma also called a Prolactinoma. If so the most important step is to have this treated. Usually it can be treated with a medication called Bromocriptine. See an endocrinologist to confirm and treat. Pregnancy is still possible but important to treat the tumor first.
