How can i better deal with my spring sinuses?

How do you deal now?: 1) avoid pollen, stay inside when the pollen count is high, don't travel where the pollen count is high; 2) antihistamines, like loratadine or cetirizine; 3) nasal sprays like cromolyn (mast cell stabilizer), azelastine (antihistamine), or fluticasone (steroid); 4) prescription only meds like Singulair; 5) rinse sinuses using a neti pot. 6) AVOID nasal decongestants sprays, they can be harmful.
