I have pretty consistent pain along my sciatic nerve and lower back on my left side. can't stand straight when i wake up. thoughts?

Most likely abnormal: Most likely abnormality of lower spine or hip. If have not already had, xrays would be helpful. Use heat twce daily and take ibuprofen before bed.
