I was dropping debrox into my ear to loosen ear wax and yellow liquid immediately came out of my nose. is this normal?

Tympanic Membrane: Hi Charles, It seems that the debrox solution is leaking from your external ear canal into your middle ear, at which point it is draining through your nose (see image). This suggests that you have a perforation of your ear drum, or your "tympanic membrane" and that's how the debrox is leaking through. I suggest you have a doctor take a look in your ear canal to confirm if here is a perforation.
