My tsh is 3.38, my ft4 is 1.06 and my ft3 (liothyronine) is 280 (or 2.8 pg/ml). are these numbers optimal? my t3 (liothyronine) reverse is 15 ng/fl.

Thyroid data: Optimal is a tough term. Your thyroid levels are fine but I am not familiar with "T3 reverse".
