A coach or therapist: Some anxiety is natural when one is asked to perform.--which is what speaking in front of class is. Thus, one way to talk about what you are coping with is "performance anxiety". It would help you to work with someone. It would help to practice. While there are medications for this....many people can learn how to lower their anxiety to the point where the anxiety is actually helpful "keyed up"

Try Hypnosis: Hypnosis, relaxation and visualization are actually excellent techniques for dealing with performance anxiety. You get deeply relaxed, then visualize yourself speaking in public and doing awesome, just the way you want to, and then you imagine how successful you will feel as if it is all actually happening. It really works. You can prob find a good hypnotic podcast online. Try hypnoticworld.com

Move Up Fear Ladder: Imagine different groups of people/audiences - people u think likely 2 judge ur performance (a) very critically; (b) somewhat critically; (c) neutrally; (d) somewhat uncritically; and (e) very uncritically. Practice speaking 2each type of audience (one or more people), working your way up from the least to the most critical. Once you feel comfortable with one person/group, graduate 2 next level.
