Get checked : If it involves one eye, and is not causing any pain or visual problems, it could be a subconjunctival bleed, which can occur due to a broken blood vessel on the eye surface, frequently occurring after forceful coughing or sneezing, heavy lifting or vomiting, and is more common in people on blood thinners, as you are. It's painless and usually harmless, and should resolve eventually.
