? cluster headache: If you also noticed tears or nasal discharge from the side the eye is bothered, it may be a cluster headache. This is a special kind of headache that affects the area around one eye. It may also be there is something in your eye. Is it hard to see out of that eye? Or is it hard to move that eye? This would indicate other causes. What about the pupil?
