A little confusing: So, you didn't say WHAT the brain lesion was...if it's a mass such as tumor...and IF that mass has the same structural characteristics as the tumor in the bladder then, that's an example of a metastatic lesion. If the brain lesion is not a tumor and something unrelated then, the chance of metastasizing the bladder tumor really depends on its type as to how aggressive it might be. All the best.
