Do not do it.: This is not healthy and I would not prescribe it. or any method to do so. A GOOD weight loss is about 1 kg per week. Diet , exercise and restraint are the tools of weight loss. Take time and do it right and it will stay off longer and your will be more healthy and satisfied.Calories in , calories out.
