Benadryl (diphenhydramine): you should be ok except for sedation. Don't drive. Just to make sure call poison control for advice. Keep that number near your home phone or in your cell phone contacts.

Fortunately: Benadry has a HIGH SAFETY LEVEL...ans 100mgm is given as a sleeping pill! However if you are over 50 years old or have other medical issues you should contact the Poison Control Center (See your Phonebook for #) for advice.

Benadryl (diphenhydramine) dosage: Depending on the time you took them, you should be ok, just likely really drowsy. Do not drive or operate any machinery until worn off. If you feel any increased dizziness, stomach upset with nausea and vomiting, go to the ER. Make sure to double check the medication dosages before taking and follow the directions on the packaging.
