Doesn't sound normal: If you are not severely constipated this may be bacterial imbalance or dysbiosis. Could be H. Pylori. Could be bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine. I would advise having your primary provider or a gastroenterologist evaluate things before allowing it to go to far.
