Flonase: Do not use OTC for more than 5 days otherwise get over congested. Use flunisolide or flonase (cheaper) or other expensive also available. like Rhinaquart, nasonex (mometasone) etc.

If you need: a decongestant DAILY sounds like you need an allergy evaluation!!!! You might try a "steroid" spray like Naso-cort! While it is NOT for acute decongestion it will after a while help your symptoms is allergy is the culprit!! NB NO DECONGESTANT SPRAY SHOULD BE USED DAILY (In my opinion) Hope this helps! Dr Z
