Maybe not, but...: The gallbladder concentrates bile from the liver & mixes it with food to digest fats in your diet. When the gallbladder is sick, you may feel right sided abdominal &/or back pain with meals, & have tenderness in the right upper abdomen. Liver disease or obstruction of the bile ducts may result in jaundice (yellow color), dark urine, tan-colored stools, pancreatitis. Time to get lab work & exam?
