Possibly: The symptoms of nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, and fatigue are common in patients with renal failure. Without knowing the full medical history it is difficult to given a full differential diagnosis. Many patients do still make urine when they have early renal failure. Recommend seeing your PCP for blood chemistry and urinalysis.
