Yes: Glad you are in remission, but the disease is likely still active, and an updated MRI might show new lesions. Hopefully, you are taking a potent disease modifying agent, as the inflammatory component needs in full control as possible. If you have symptoms, that suggests need for investigation as to why. Discuss in detail with your neurologist.
