Possibly: Aching in the lower extremities can reflect increased tone within the central nervous system. This is more likely seen when there is spinal cord involvement. I would meet with your neurologist to check into it further. Good luck and well wishes.

Comments: Glad you are in remission, but to stay in remission, you should be taking an MS disease modifying drug. Aching in your legs could be due to spinal cord involvement, but might be due to other causes such as peripheral neuropathy, vascular insufficiency, referred problem from lower back. This is not necessarily a relapse, but pin down causation.
