See your doctor: You need a doctor to check this. She may drain it and if infected treat you with antibiotics. If there is streaking she will be able to diagnose cellulitis or even a possible fistula or check you for any sexually transmitted rashes. She may have to send out a culture of the drainage. Hope you feel better soon and get this taken care of.
